Gaining insight into what makes people think, feel and behave as they do is a potent and empowering skill set and easily understood through the lens of the world recognized psychological model Transactional Analysis – simple language for complex ideas.

You will learn one concept and a related actionable strategy that will be of sustainable benefit. It is the first of the many other additional powerful and empowering insights and approaches you will gain in the year-long program. An overview of the program will be briefly presented to give insight into the elements that empowers leaders to create thriving organizations where people employ all their emotional, relational and intellectual capacities to produce outstanding results.
