The program includes a comprehensive 300 page course manual, psychologically valid psychometric testing, peer coaching, training materials, and handouts that meet participant needs.

The investment for this year long, 10 day program is $12,000 + GST and is due 6 weeks before the start of the program. A $2,000 deposit is due at the time of approval for registration.

Leadership from the Inside Out has been approved for eligible companies who apply for the Canada Alberta Job Grant on behalf of their employees, or family members working in the business, which covers up to 2/3rd of the cost of training. You are responsible for applying for the grant and meeting grant application requirements.
