Fall has always felt like a season for new beginnings.

A return to routine. A chance to refocus. And, for many leaders, an opportunity to think about how they want to grow in the year ahead.

In January 2027, we welcome our next Leadership From the Inside Out cohort at The Change Institute.

This is not traditional leadership training.

Over the course of the program, we look beneath the what of leadership to explore the how — developing a deeper understanding of yourself, human behaviour, relationships and the dynamics that shape how we lead.

It is an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day demands of leadership and invest in the person behind the role.

Our January cohort is almost complete, with just 3 spaces remaining.
