Leadership From the Inside Out is a program for anyone who wants to lead with passion, power and purpose.
It is only when we understand who we are on the inside that we can see clearly and respond effectively to what is happening around us. Looking inward with the intent to understand ourselves is the key to effective leadership. That’s what Leading From the Inside Out is all about.

Who You Are is How You Lead
Using the tools and concepts of Transactional Analysis, Leadership From the Inside Out will guide you in becoming an instrument of change. Our in-depth training sessions help clients tap into their inner courage and confidence, revealing how personal authenticity has the power to create high-performance teams and cultures of care and accountability.
Leadership From the Inside Out is a program comprised of eight modules delivered over eight days. The modules are delivered over a full day of training, once a month. There is a Welcome Dinner at the end of the first day included. All modules are delivered in Calgary.
All participants receive four coaching sessions over the course of the program. This allows for integration of the material into participants’ role within their organization and supports lasting change.
Module 1: The Roadmap of Congruence and Authenticity
How we begin influences all that follows. The brain continues to be shaped by the quality of our relationships at home and at work. This module sets the stage for understanding yourself and others, establishing the connection between who you are as a person and as a leader.
Module 2: Transform Your Beliefs
In this module, we discuss our visions for the future and conduct an in-depth investigation of the challenging and limiting beliefs we have about ourselves and about others – beliefs that impact how we lead.
Module 3: Impactful Communication
On Day 3, we discuss awareness of communication styles and aim to enhance participants’ interpersonal influence and agility. Attendees will garner practical tools that can help them talk in a way that makes others listen, and learn how to engage stakeholders, employees and clients in ways that promote business success.
Module 4: Ending the Psychological Game
Participants gain experience identifying the destructive ‘games people play’ in organizations and learn how to create alternatives that build connection and foster collaboration.
Module 5: Personality Adaptations – Coach Yourself and Others for Highest Competence
This module presents three of six adaptive styles that give leaders insight on how to successfully establish rapport, focus, make good decisions, and be educated on how success is compromised under stress.
Module 6: Personality Adaptations – Manipulation, Skepticism and Withdrawing – the Unconscious Sabotage of Success
Participants learn how they think, feel and act when under the most stressful situations. These adaptations have a powerful influence for how people ‘do good in the world’, and when stressed, also predict the risk that can lead to bankruptcy, lack of integrity, or serious harm to employees and stakeholders.
Module 7: Reality Blindness and the Cure
Determining what information is significant, whether that significance presents a problem, and further, establishing whether the problem has options for resolution is the basis of the Day 7 module.
Module 8: Putting it All Together
Participants connect and integrate all the concepts to create a plan for implementing targeted change.
Cost & Registration
Cost per participant in Leadership From the Inside Out is $10,000 (plus GST), including all training material.
Qualified organizations may be eligible for the Canada Alberta Job Grant, which covers 2/3 of the cost of the program for eligible employees.
