Transactional Analysis (TA) is a model of change for individuals, business leaders, teams, life partners – anyone or any organization that wants and needs to advance in productive ways. TA offers a comprehensive model for describing human relationships and interactions – a roadmap for interpreting how individuals and organizations transact, pinpointing where limiting roadblocks are in place and what alternative routes may be possible.

Every verbal and non-verbal exchange can be used as a tool for understanding how we think, feel and behave. Transactional Analysis (TA) shows us where we are most effective in our communication, relationships, decision making and problem solving, in contrast to where we fall short.

The philosophy of TA is that everyone makes decisions based on their current mental and emotional framework, and posits that everyone’s framework can be changed. Transactional Analysis identifies where changes can be made to maximize positive outcomes, exchanging non-productive or negative behaviors for behaviors that produce better, if not incredible results.
